Our History
A vision founded on faith, innovation, and Kingdom impact.
2023 — A Shared Vision
The journey of Western Institution of Nassau Bible College began in 2023 as a shared vision between two educators and innovators, Terron “Tee” Dames and Cadmus Inniss Jr. United by a passion for academic excellence, innovation, and community empowerment, they sought to create an institution that would not only educate students but inspire them to become thoughtful, skilled, and globally minded leaders.
2024 — Building the Foundation
What began as informal conversations quickly developed into intentional planning. By 2024, Terron and Cadmus had designed a comprehensive blueprint for Western International STEAM Academy, a forward-thinking K–8 institution envisioned to serve students in Dayton, Ohio.
The academy was built around an integrated STEAM model—combining science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics into a dynamic and holistic learning experience. Although the academy did not reach full implementation, it established a strong conceptual and structural foundation that would later shape future institutional development.
2025 — A New Academic Direction
Building upon this foundation, the vision expanded significantly in 2025. On June 10, 2025, the planning process advanced into a new phase of formal academic development, including the creation of structured programs, institutional policies, and a comprehensive academic catalog.
During this period, the founders began transitioning from a K–12 model to a higher education framework, refining curriculum design, developing ministry-focused programs, and establishing the administrative and academic infrastructure necessary for a postsecondary institution.
From Vision to Institution
With renewed clarity and purpose, the founders reimagined their original vision into what is now Western Institution of Nassau Bible College—a Christ-centered institution of higher learning dedicated to biblical education, spiritual formation, and ministry preparation.
Established in Dayton, Ohio, the institution reflects a unique blend of Caribbean heritage, international perspective, and faith-based academic excellence.
